Victor Williams

Victor Williams Born and Raised in Suffolk, VA. Went to Virginia State were I pledged Nu Psi in November of 1982. #3 of 12. Graduated in 1985. Enlisted in the Army, the Summer of 85. After 23 plus years, I retired at the National Training Center, my Last Duty Station, in 2009. Currently a Government Service Civilian at Fort Irwin.
